When saving a document in win xp notepad with Word Wrap on, it seems that notepad changes wraps to CR/LF so if you maximize its window, the lines break places don't change as if you pressed ENTER at the end of each line

Now if you close and reopen the document in notepad, you can see that there is no extra CR/LF but a bug in save function which causes notepad to confuse line wraps.

Is this a known problem or just in my pc?

This is typical Notepad behaviour. Notepad in XP does not re-flow the text if you maximise the window.
In any case, Word Wrap is a visual thing only, most text files it saves with long lines are not wrapped in reality.
