Help me clean out trojan!

Hi!

I suspect i was surfing without antivirus properly installed and i got infected. I have scanned and removed files with avast antivirus, nod32, adaware, spybot and CWShredder. with reboot in between. and there is still problems.. intener explorer tries to download from llhes.com or something like that, and now everytime i start and quit windows there is this dialog saying "drive not ready" and "the tray could be open". Also i have like 8 svchost running in task manager, is this normal? im all out of ideas of what to do since i haven't got all the necessary knowledge to fix this problem, so i found the program HiJackThis, and now im here. plz help me, im sooo tired of all this.
