Computer Runner Error, Please help!

hi, im new to this forums but ive been having this one problem with my laptop for a few weeks now. Supposedly, whenever i startup my computer a message pops up saying its a runner error and specify's: Runner File Name (HP Connections.exe) lacks a ‘-‘ (the app id separator). Please help me and tell me the steps i need to take in order to fix this issue. thanks alot

the model number of my laptop is HP DV2310us. By the way, i think that the error occures with the program HP connections. Now can u tell me what this program is and how it is useful for my computer. And if it is; can i just delete it and try to reinstall it frum the web?

They may have changed the file name, or it is part of their software management
