Hi G2G. I have a HP Deskjet 880C and it has been working fine only until a couple days ago. I turned on the printer and it randomly started printing by itself, which was very odd. It printed a series of odd-looking characters that looked similar to characters off the Wingdings Font. Also, it kept printing pages of these characters until I turned the printer off. I don't want to turn it back on in fear that it will whir up by itself again.

Can anyone identify this problem and/or know a solution for it? I'm going to need to print normal documents sooner or later! :whistling:

Thanks!

Also delete any jobs in the print queue, this can be caused by a corrupt job.
