My computer isnt letting me download programs. when i try it says unable to find webpage.. or something along those words.. does anyone know anything about this? i lowered my security to see if that would work but it didnt. im trying to download flash player but i noticed that my computer isnt letting me download anything. please help.

Hello there!

Are you able to access the Internet from the computer and are just unable to download programs?
What browser are you using?
Where are you getting the Flash from? Adobe's Macromedia site, or somewhere else?

if you can't download and install anything either your not using a administrator acount or you have malware on your system...
