Hi Ive been having a problem when I startup my computer, and error message pops up saying "Services and Controller app has encountered a problem and needs to close", When I click send error report or dont send, another popup comes up counting down for a minute then it restarts the computer and the same thing happens, its a endless loop.

I did a Super anti spyware removal before this problem occured, because before i did this scan i had a differente problem with windows freezing when it said "saving settings" while shutting down. It fixed that but now i have this problem, here is the Spyware scan:

And finally I did a Hijack this AFTER this problem started to happen...the first time I ran the scan i got 3 errors, one saying it had a problem with modREGISTRY_iniGetString(sfile=system.ini, section= boot, svalue = shell...the seconde message was the same file exept section = windows, svalue = load...the third message was a problem with ModMain_checkOther1Item(), I did the scan again after the first one and I didn't get those messages again but I thought id post them. Anyways, heres the Scan Log:

okkkayyyy...... ummmm, I dont know what I did exactly but the problem is gone...what happened was...

I installed zone alarm pro(because my internet service provider gives it to its users free) and then after it was installed, everytime i restarted the computer it would go through the startup n such then it would just shut down and restart..without warning(no more countdown) and it got stuck in that loop...untill I booted in safe mode and uninstalled zone alarm... and now I dont have any problems. Could someone let me know whats going on? and could someone go through my hijack log still to check for anything bad, cause I have a hunch that not everythings off my computer. Im just confused thats all, because i didnt really do anything to fix the problem atlealste that i know of. Oh and I will try to install zone alarm again and see if it has the same problem again then ill post back asking for more help :whistling: , because i would like to run zone alarm on my computer.
