I don't have Adobe LM service as you said to : its not listed in the A's
+

1)make sure the volume is turned all the way to the right. all the way to the left is "mute" This is done in the flash player itself

2)click your start button
go to run and type
services.msc
hit ok
in the services (local) pane you need to look for Adobe LM Service
start it and set to automatic

i did what you said, but i don't see Adobe LM Service

i tired yahoo chat. and it says "your computer doesn't not appear to have audio input capability...........wonder what that means

This will walk you through a process to reset registry permissions. The instructions run 1-14 steps and start about half way down the page.

i downloaded subinacl to desktop. then i downloaded reset. extracted reset. then ran reset. but it would not open the subinacl tool. instead i got............. this is weird.
subinacl is not recognized as an internal or external comand, operable program or batch file.
