Windows experience index score not there?

hi i wanted to view my windows experience index score to see what needs updating on my vista pc but when i went to performance information and tools the screen is almost blank any ideas why my index score isnt there? The added pic shows what my screen shows me.

Is this computer from a company like Dell or Toshiba or is it one you have built?

I have noticed many companies are disabiling the rating system.

It is one i have built myself and i have seen the rating before but now its just gone.
