After loading the second version XP 32 pro the first version (win64) quit loading and gives this error "bad or missing file \system32\ntoskrnl.exe"

Both operation systems come up for choice but only the winxp pro 32 still boots.
It there a way to correct without using Partition Magic or other software?
Certain parts of win64 were really nice and would like to get back to explore them.

Thanks
