My Notification Area or Systray icons are not working properly. Some that used to be there have disappeared. When I click on the Task Bar, Properties and Customize in the Notification Area, I see that some of the icons don't match the labels. It seems that labels and icons have been randomly scrambled. I haven't a clue why this happened. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

Click the left pointing arrow next to the icons that are still there. Do they then appear?
This is a feature of Windows XP.
