Unable to Open Certain Websites with Firefox or IE6

I'm unable to pull up certain websites, this morning it was CNN. Yes, I confirmed the site was accessible. I've scanned for virus and spyware. Here's my log, any thoughts? Also, why does HijackThis report IE 5. I verified that I'm running IE 6.1. TIA
