Sounds like this is maybe an issue of your hard disk space being full, and not running processes. Have you tried using add/remove programs to remove any unneeded programs?

Well, I have something in there "that not to sure of" but dont want to go deleting things....

I have things on my desktop "that dont have to be there" but dont know how to move them...

When I go to put them in "My documents" it just makes a shortcut to there and keeps the other on the desktop...

Here is what I have on my desktop that I feel that needs to be moved:
Spywareblaster / download
Win9xe67 <~~ dont remember what that was for
VB6Run Time
Hello Admin and good morning...

Here is what is on my add/remove:

Intel ® 810/810E/815/815E/815EM Chipset Graphics Driver
My Websearch {Smiley Central} <~~ Still in system 'remember'
Microsoft Outlook Express 6
Outlook Express Q837009
RealPlayer Basic <~~ Dont know what this is for, and I dont listen or download music....
Tweak UI

VB6 Runtime Files for IDAutomation.com Applications
Viewpoint Media Player

But all together, there are 27 items in the add/remove

Is there really in help for me Admin <_<

Thanks,

Download and install numbers; 1, 2, and 4 straight from the manufacturer.

#1: Graphics driver (what you're after)
#2: Chipset driver (yes, it's needed)
#4: Intel Application Accelerator (will speed things up)

All are needed. You don't know what you'll get from other sites. You can be sure what it is when it is straight from Intel's own website, and you don't have to register for anything. <_<

I don't recommend using Avast as a free anti-virus. AVG Free Edition is the best free anti-virus available, hands-down. You'll love it. You don't need "Panda Anti-virus" anymore if you get AVG. Just uninstall both through the control panel and install AVG Free Edition:

http://www.grisoft.c...s_dwnl_free.php

You have just a little cleaning up to do. Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu). Be sure you're able to view hidden files and folders, and remove the following files:

C:\PROGRAM FILES\NETZERO\ <-- This Folder
C:\Program Files\NZSearch\ <-- This Folder

Next, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [spc_w] "C:\Program Files\NZSearch\hcm.exe" -w
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [uoltray] C:\PROGRAM FILES\NETZERO\EXEC.EXE regrun

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log. <_<
