hi, new here. ive got the same problem as 'xartan'

i have been infected with some form of virus.I have run a complete AVG scan and fixed all that it found and did the same with spybot but still have the problem. im getting pop-ups from Udefender and Ucleaner and also a windows box pops up saying i am infected with trojan.W32.looksky. AVG has found JS/Phish but cant heal it. plz help me b4 i go nuts and start shooting this thing full of .357 holes!!!


ive found a file in 'program files' called 'Video activeX access ' and its not on any other computer i have looked on/ got other people to look on and i do get messages saying that files inside there are trying to attack other folders and files :whistling:

if i ran the 'hijack this' soft wear suggested in the other thread, what would i need to keep?
