Hello,

Recently i had a P5B Deluxe motherboard installed.

A strange thing now happens: when i turn the computer on if it has been off for some time, it will not boot, the 'on' led will light up and the screen will not activate.

All i have to do is turn it off then on again and it works - perfectly.

How do i prevent this? - if i keep it up and i going to damge/burn out any hardware?

I run 3 linked RAID drives and windows xp sp2 home.

Kind regards,

I had something simular happen with my computer. It ended up being pins that had came out of a connection to my case lights. Check your power connections for any sign of damage.

Sounds like you may need to flash your BIOS. Go to the manufacturers website and look for BIOS updates.
