Does it really matter if the video card doesn't meet the power supply requirements because i was trying to buy a FX 6200 nVIDIA FX6200 256MB AGP 256 Video Card V45(A good card I think) and requirements a power supply 250 watts and I only have Power

I strongly suggest you upgrade your power supply, you could damage your system by trying to run this.

yea but i have a flat desktop computer,but my computer provideds
230 Watt and the graphic card need a little bit to a 250watt its not gonna affect my computer by only 20watts

I strongly disagree, if you have a look up the top where you posted the PSU specs you can see it's rated at 230 watts but I'm pretty sure it's only putting out 185 watts (where it says "Operational Power Consumption), this is due to the efficiency factor. You can go ahead and try it if you like, but I'm going to repeat it - you could damage your system by trying this. If you don't want to hear this and are going to try it anyway, why did you bother posting in the first place?

Can you post all of your computer specs here and we can tell you for sure or not wether this PSU is enough.
Generally speaking you do need more, say your running a Core 2 Duo with this card you will defiantly damage your system. It all depends on all the parts as a whole and the quality of the PSU.
Also the creation of FX series is considered to be Nvidia's greatest failure as a company, it had numberous problemes (in the past) and was horrible when compared to their counterparts of the time. Lastly these cards to my knowledge are not able to go into SLI as they are older then the SLI technology.
