Hi, I had had problems (trojan and adclicker problems) before (http://www.geekstogo...ll-t161758.html) and after I posted here my computer worked fine. Now, I am getting a strange message whenever I run the Norton One Button Checkup, and it appears every time I run it. In the Windows Registry Scan area, it says
Invalid ActiveX/COM Entries (3 Problems).
So, I click on it and it says
ProgID, "ComPlusMetaData.MsCorHost," refers to an invalid ActiveX/COM entry, (and there's a long key, if you want me to post it, I will)
then
ProgID, "ComPlusMetaData.MsCorHost.2," refers to an invalid ActiveX/COM entry, (and another long key)
and lastly
The key, "nView.Profile\DefaultIcon," refers to a missing icon, "C:\WINDOWS\System32\nview.dll,18."
So, I'm wondering that maybe these are related to the past problems, although they didn't start occuring until a few days ago, and that post was weeks ago. And I was wondering if there was someone who could help me. Thanks
