A friend of mine gave me their computer, I've been trying to change the administrator on it to my account. They don't remember their password on it. Can you help me? My operating system is Windows XP Pro. :whistling:

Sorry. It is the policy of GTG not to help with password problems as we are never sure of the intentions of user regardless of what they posted. We are subject to the TOS and Admin policies and must follow them.
