Memory could not be written

Hi All,

I installed Pro Tools LE 6.9 and when I launch the program I get this error message........the instruction at "0x075336f8" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be written. Help!!! I have an Mbox that came with Pro Tools also. My specs are.......P4, CPU 1.70GHz, 1GB Ram. Every time I launch PT it gives me that error. It says OK to terminate or Cancel to debug. Both choices shuts down PT. I downloaded hijack this and here is the log............HELP!!!!!
