Can't see webcam in IE

I go to the site, click on the link to the webcams, the boxes come up and they have a black screen. If i minimize the browser and the maximize I can briefly see for just a very quick flash that the visuals from the webcams are there, then it goes black again. Been playing with this for weeks now. Changed every setting I can think of. Disabled my av, firewall, changed backgrounds etc. I know the site works fine, I'm the only one who has a problem seeing it.
