Administrator Error Message

I am having a problem loading my software for my PDA. I keep getting the following error message when I try to run the software "only members of the administration group and the power users group can execute this program". I am the only user on my computer and the administrator. How do i sign in as Administrator?

Right click the program, and hit "Run as Administator"
