Clicking OK and choosing search the web for drivers is one option

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, complete all the steps in the New Hardware Wizard, even though the wizard cannot detect a new printer.

Updating the drivers, if available, is another

http://h10025.www1.h...r...991&lang=en

If those are the drivers you already have

It an registry edit

http://support.micro...kb/298370/en-us

Or you could ask their online technician

http://ipgweb.cce.hp...t...ng=en&cc=us

If you go with editing the registry, make a back up first

Click start then run, type regedit then press enter

Click file, click export, check the dot is in all for export range

Name the file and save it to a folder you create, so it is safe and cannot be clicked by accident
