Whenever I try to run the Backup utility, I get the error message "The files for the recovery diskette could not be created. The operation was aborted." I have Windows XP Home edition, but I don't have the CD (I downloaded the Backup utility off the Internet). Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I have a BIG external hard drive hooked up and an empty floppy disk in the drive. Thanks for your help.

Do you know that your floppy disk works, did you try formatting the disk before you tried to backup?
