Lost Planet DX9 Demo

i downlaoded the lost planet dx9 demo from the official website, installed it, but whenever i try to run it, this messgae pops up

This application has failed to start because XINPUT1_3.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may solve this problem.

you need to install direct x from Microsoft. It contains dx10 files as well. This should resolve your issue.
