Move Appointments by PlanetSoftware

I have a user whose time zone was incorrect for Daylight Saving Time (sometimes happens during installation of XP - the default setting doesn't always stay). When we corrected the time it moved all her appointments up by one hour.

The "Move Appointments" software by Planet Software was supposed to be a form to install within Outlook and it's supposed to move all appointments you select, even recurring ones.

I can't get it to work. It acts like it installs but after entering the information and clicking on the calendar button it doesn't respond. Is anyone acquainted with this software or does anyone know another tool that will adjust appointments when time zone is changed?
