This is weird... I was under the impression that a person should be able to take a look inside their system volume information. Today, for some reason, I was denied access and was told that the folder was empty. So I decided to scan the folder with my Avast! virus scan and so far, it has scanned over 6000 files in the folder. Do you guys know what's going on??

System Volume Information has always been off-limits to browsing through Windows Explorer save for when you're viewing from another installation. However scanning files through it with other programs never has been a problem.
