I did everything on the recommendation page, but I have a few questions and details.

1) I ran a scan with AVG Anti-Spyware and selected "generate report after every scan; however, it still said "no report available." So I do not have a log for that scan.

2) I ran the Panda Activescan, but there was no instructions to disinfect so I haven't done anything about it.

3) One weird problem I am having is that some websites are not formatted as normal, but it appears only to be on Mozilla firefox. For instance, when I go to "Geeks to Go" forum, there are no lines or boxes around the different forums. It is just a list.

The same with ESPN and Philly.com. All the stories are just listed in a row.

4)For IE Updates, if all priority updates are installed, do I also install the software and hardware updates that are not listed as priority?

Finally, here are my results from today.

1. I ran the ATF cleaner and system restore.
2. I ran AVG Anti-Spyware, which I explained that I didn't receive a log. However, detected Malware was 2,473.
3. I ran Super Anti-Spyware and nothing was found.
4. I ran a Panda Activescan. Here is the log:
