Additionally the PC itself is prone to intermittent hangs, boot failures and severe slowdowns despite being a Core2 Duo with 2Gb of RAM with a 256Mb GTS graphics card (okay, it's a Dell - what did I expect?)
I run latest versions of XP SP2 with all critical updates, ZoneLabs ISuite 7, SpySweeper and Window Washer. I have tried Dell Diagnostics, and have performed several sweeps as well as running RegistryBooster2 by Uniblue.
