Value Creation Failed At Line 32.I received this message when trying to switch users on my PC.The PC locked up and wouldn't respond to the OK prompt on the message.I had to hit the power switch to reboot.Anybody know what this message means?I have never gotten it before.Any help will be appreciated.

This message doesn't show up in any form on Google whatsoever. Therefore it will be caused by something you've got running at the time you switch users.
