Re-size stripe on RAID 0

Hi geeks,

'Been a while, but I here once more to ask your opinion/advice.

I'm currently running a RAID 0 system on a 128MB stripe size. I'd like to lower this a little bit (since I'm not really running a lot of video editing programs) to say 64MB, but my concern is: wouldn't I lose any data once I "un-raid" my two SATA drives? Also, is there another way where I could change my stripe size without "un-raiding" the drives?
