When playing online.

I get this error message:

Server Disconnected: - has been kicked via Punkbuster [for 0 minutes]...Restriction: Server communication failure: pnkBstrB.exe driver failure [PnkBstrk.sys]ffao.

I have never had this error before and been playing it for a few years now. Also i have been playing on this server before and it has been fine.

It only happen's on some servers but some don't kick me for this reason. Just says Server disconnected.

P.S I've been to another site about this but they just give me the website and no what to do so i aint got a clue what i have to do to fix this problem. A step by step guide would be useful because i aint that great on computers.

Download Pb setup.exe and launch it
Select call of duty and click update
it should download some new punkbuster files and then it will work

You Could try a complete reinstall and unistall. this would fix it if you had a corrupt Pb File

To do this Unistall of Call of Duty United Offence
One that has done go to MyComputer and Select the Drive that CoDUO Is installed on (Usually C:)

Double click on the drive then go to Program Files and find Call of Duty

When you unistall some Games/Aplications They Leave files behind

Right click on the Call of Duty folder and select delete and yes
This will put it in the recycle bin so empty the recycle bn

Then restart your computer and reinstall CoDUO

Then restart your computer again and install any patches (if 'You use them)

Then Update punkbuster again
