Hello,

I'm taking the step-by-step instructions from this post:

http://www.geekstogo...B...ost&p=12367

I have two computers. I'm currently running the step-by-step process on my laptop, while I'm posting this message on my desktop pc. Both run Windows XP.

I'm having a problem with "Step One" part "f".

I'm in safe mode, and I ran the AVG Anti-Spyware complete scan with all the settings according to the directions.

The scanner just finished. It says "28 objects found" (110 traces).

I hit "Apply all actions" and it says "All actions have been applied." Everything is good so far, until I ran into this problem:

I selected the "Reports" icon at the top, but I CANNOT select "Save report as" because it is not highlighted.

I just spent 4 hours scanning, and I really don't want it to have been done in vain. The instructions also say that saving this report is very important for later.

Can anybody help me? Please let me know. Thanks in advance. I love you.

-Daniel

I apologize for the multiple posts. I kept tried to post this thread, but each time my internet kept freezing and I thought it was failing. Please erase my other duplicate posts.

Again, I am very sorry!

It's a bug.. With this setting;
  • Select "Automatically generate report after every scan"
Not too big of a problem for your HijackThis posting, go with the SUPERAntiSpyware and a HijackThis log. :whistling:
