My computer has been running painfully slow lately. I have no idea what's going on with it. I ran all of my maintenance programs, and I did a virus scan. I found a few trojan horses and viruses, but I deleted them, and my system is completely clean. I think there are a few things lurking on my computer though. I've been having very slow startup/shutdowns. My friend offered to do a reformat for me, but it's the last resort, and I was hoping someone could hopefully offer me some tips or some good advice. Here is my log.
