Does anyone know of a good guide on how to build a computer that can store media, connect it to a television, and reciever?

All you need is a TV Tuner, you can find them cheap these days for ~$30. Plus it depends what kind of work you will be doing with the computer, gaming, office work, etc. If you need help setting anything up we will gladly help you.
