I am unable to pop or send mail (smtp) on my computer. I usually use Tbird, but I've tried Outlook Express and agent (forte newsreader) to no avail. I can pop/smtp on other computers on my home network, so it's not a router setting. I don't have a firewall on my computer and I verified the the XP FW is disabled. Is there a service that needs to be running? I didn't see anything (services) between the two computers that jumped out at me. I'm trying to avoid a reload, but.....
Any one have any ideas? Thanks
