found Logger, Trojan - what to do next

Hi, My laptop was extremely slow lately, so I once again followed the advice of your tutorials.

AVG found : Trojan.Agent.AO and TrackingCookie.netflame - I deleted both.

SuperAntiSpyware found: Logger.Delf.ncs and Trojan.agent.ao - I deleted both of them too.

NOD32 didn't find anything.

I ran all 3 scans in SafeMode and then rebooted - is this enough? booting was really slow, but maybe Nod and AVG are fighting each other, AVG is disabled and on manual now. Should I uninstall it altogether?

I did have trouble with my screen "flashing" at times, could this be from screenshots from the Logger found? Should I do anything else now like HijackThis or something?

Forgot to ask, if I scan CD's, does it make a difference if I'm in safemode or not?
