Whenever my computer needs to be restarted Windows will not load I have to set it to Last Know good configuration. How can I fix this? I also keep getting a message that command serices has been blocked and disabled. Is that affecting my computer? Please help I am desperate.

Keith thank you for your help. It is much appreciated. I did the ATF cleaner and the System Restore Point. When I tried to restart in Safe Mode my computer would not let me open windows in safe mode. I can only open in Last Known Good Configuration. I should tell you that last week I had a Trojan Killapp 30208.A on my computer. I purchased Spyhunter to remove the Trojan. But I still have problems with my computer sometimes restarting on its own and will only open windows when restarted with the Last Known Good Configuration. I hope this helps you to help me.
