I just formatted my C drive because everything on it was completely trashed and problems kept arising. But now after formatting, I am unable to install Windows 98. I get a message on DOS that says "Invalid system disk. Replace disk and press any key to continue." I have NO clue on what to do to make this work. Also, the Windows 98 disk is brand new and has never been used before... ANY help is GREATLY appreciated.

Welcome <_<

Are you booting your computer with a Windows 98 boot disk?

Insert the floppy, restart your computer with the Win98 CD in your drive. Computer will boot from floppy. If you need assistance with Windows 98 setup, please reply. :D

Thanks for your help. The problem was the way my computer started up. I had to go into bios by holding down the delete key while I started the computer, and then had to change which drive started up first. Apparently my floppy drive doesn't work, so I had to make it so the CD rom started first. So now my computer is happy. Thanks for trying to help!
