How do I enable open NAT for Xbox Live?

My router shows a strict NAT according to my Xbox and it's stopping me from joining games in multiplayer. I've messed with my router a bit, DMZ'ed my 360, disabled the firewall, nothing helps. I can open ports manually through the NAT settings but I have no friggin' clue how to do this. I've come to a screen that looks like this:

I am using a LinksKey LKR-604 router.

Any help would be appreciated.
