I am having several things show up in my task mgr and real slow internet speeds. I get a lot of timeouts and have a lot of server not found msgs when I am on the internet. I do understand that I am on dial up and that is slow but when I look at the status screen it shows me sending out more than 3 times the info that receive. I have to cancel a lot of stuff in my task mgr and there is still a bit that every time I close them they come right back. Also now and then I get a lass.exe error and my pc resets. I tried to do a virus scan at trend but my computer locks up. I will be getting my high speed next week then I will be able to download my virus scanner and update my computer. here is my hijackthis log

My computer is getting worse it seems. At times when I go to open my computer it will just pull up a screen with the little flashlight. Sometimes it never even figures out what drives I have. Other times my computer will become slow and unresponsive. It will not let me open the task mgr ( it seems to open I get a little box in the start menu like it was minimized or something ) if I goto restart my computer when this is going on it takes about 5 min for the screen to pop up and the only options I will have is to log off user not turn computer off or restart. It don't mater which I pick because it will just hang there. Now my internet is running so slow. By the time that I have received 1 million bytes I have sent out over 12 million. Please help tonight will be the third night since my original post. Thanks
