A gentleman within my company is having issues with his laptop.

Users on the network who have never touched his laptop are being synchronized automatically when he logs in and this is taking a long time.

I have been told to remove all the files within c:/windows/csc however this folder doesnt exist.

Does anyone have any ideas on how i could stop the additional users being synchronised at login/ shutdown??

Kind Regards

Maybe try the following:

Log in as local administrator and uncheck the 'enable Offline Files' check box.

Double click on "My Computer"
Click "Tools" -> "Folder Options"
Click on the "Offline Files" tab
Uncheck the "Enable Offline Files" check box

If that doesn't work, we'll try something else. Like checking into what processes are running. This may be one of them:
