I set up a test environment: 1 server 2003, and 2 XP clients. After creating the group policy object and applying to an OU i could not get the group policy to update and the xp machines. I ran a gpupdate and gpupdate /force. I made sure that the User and the Computer is added to the OU with the group policy object linked. Any idea's what I did wrong. Also if you could provide a link to step by step directions.

did you set the policy to be enforced? and active?

Yes i set for activate and Enforce???? At this point im kinda stumped anyone have any ideas?
