I'm building a new system starting with only the Master HD from an older machine (Ultra ATA 100 I believe) so I need IDE headers for optical and HD. I'm seriously considering Asus MV2-MX since it will be primarily a upper mid-range business machine and this give me plenty of choice of drives. I'm looking at using AMD x2 64 +4600 (AM2) using Corsair DDR2 667 2GB RAM (Corsair kit #CT2KIT12864AA80). I will use the onboard audio and graphics at least to start. What I can't seem to determine is the appropriate power supply. My feeling is that there is a lot of junk out an I'm not sure how to pick a good PS. I roughty calculate that 450W should be more than sufficient.

Can anyone give me some input regarding this setup and the PS in particular?
