Needs Help! Can't start any programs

I downloaded a crack for AnyDVD on emule and after I clicked on it, it wasn't a crack. Now I can't use any programs. Whenever I tried to start any programs, a popup pops and it is about antiprivacy and www.copyright-info.org and something about reporting privacy. I don't know what to do. For now, I can only open explorer and outlook express. All other programs can't opened. Please Help!!! Thank you.

If you can get on line with that comuter, go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and scan for virus, then clean up. If you can't get on line, go to the malware section of this forum and work your way through the sticky posts at the top.
