So after wading through some strange USB and networking problems and about 15 restarts one of my gadgets is appearing on the left side of the desktop. I guess that I could just delete the gadget and then add it again, but I really want to get to the bottom of it.

I want to know how to fix it and what the culprit is. Any ideas?

So you apparently can drag and place gadgets. Okay, well nevermind. Thanks.
