I'm a member of a forum and this person has posted this:

My sons P.C as been playing up over the last couple of weeks and today would not boot up because a system file was corrupt or missing. I changed the Bios to boot from disc then inserted windows disc( hoping to do a repair) but it gets on to windows setup as far as * windows is setting debugger.dll, then says ntrn.exe could not be loaded the error code is 4
The question is, do I just smash it smithorines with a lump of 4X2 or is ther anything else I could try?

I'm posting it here so that I can relay the help back to him. He doesn't want to register on any other forums, so I'll gladly pass between you both.

as much as he doesnt want to register, it will be his best chance as we will be able to ask him questions and get his response rather than asking you to ask him, then he tells you to tell us and messages can get mixed up. so it will be easier and better for him to register and post his question here for help.
