AOE III mouse flickering

Just recently I have installed Age of Empires III on my computer, and the mouse flickers whenever I am playing. You can only see the mouse when you move it. Thanks for the help in advance!

Hi,

There's a few times you can try.

First of all install the latest patch.
If you have mouse trails on disable them.
Make sure mouse hardware acceleration is set to full.
Change the game/desktop resolution.
Change the mouse cursor scheme back to default.
Update your graphics card drivers.
