dvd random chapters

firstly the only program i ave to make dvds is windvd creator 2, if there are any free programs online that will do what i need plz send link with answer

i want to make a dvd of music videos (dont worry its legal- its ones i have from audio cds as bonus features) but since each song will be a chapter, i want it to be randomised. how could i do this?

OR

is there a way to make a non-dvd version of this, but for this do you know any good portable twin screen dvd players which will play other formats eg flash/mp4/mp1/divx etc

and how could i do this so i dont use to much space, a dvd rw disk only has 4.7gb!
