Daemon tools on Vista Ultimate

i want to remove the auto start option from daemon tools on windows vista ultimate... but when i go to daemon tools-options-auto start to deselect it it apears the following message "registry acess error". What can i do? Hope you understand it, my english is not very good.

you need admin rights to run this. Have you disabled "user account control"? It should prompt you for rights. If not, then when you go to the option you want (from the start menu or shortcut), right click and choose "run as administrator".
