1st off, let me say "Hello". I'm new here and hope that I will be able to get some help as well as give some to when I'm able. Now on to the problem - my browser has basicly froze up. I can get on line and load pages but it's a pain steakingly long process (i.e. 4-6 min. to load a page, I'm using RoadRunner) and forget trying to open more than one window. I've run many spy programs but still can't remove eveything, below is my Hijack this log, I'd truely appreciate any help. I posted on another site and have basicly been ignored, so hopefully someone here can help.

Welcome to GTG Fetish :D

Your computer has a number of spyware programs that we need to
remove. For more info on spyware see the Spyware FAQ link in my signature.

Let's start with a couple free programs. If you're on dial-up, just download and install Spybot Search & Destroy. If you're using broadband also download and install Ad-aware. Using two programs increases the likelihood of eliminating these spyware pests automatically.

Using Spybot: Start Spybot S&D using the "Spybot-S&D (easy mode)" link from your Start menu . Click the Search for updates button, if any are found then click the Download Updates button. After all updates are downloaded, click the Check for problems button. When the scan is complete, place a check next to anything marked in red, then click the Fix selected problems button.

Using Ad-aware: Open Ad-Aware and use the Check for updates now link. Download and accept the latest reference file. When finished click the Start button. When done scanning, the Abort button will change to Next. Click the Next button. Right-click in the Scanning Results window and click "Select all objects". Then click the "Next" button and confirm that you want to delete the selected entries.

When finished, Reboot your computer. Finally, reply to this post with a new HiJackThis log so we can look for any nasties that may have been missed. <_<

Better. Uninstall "AdSubtract" and "Spy Sweeper". They're are not doing any good, just getting in the way and using up RAM. Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu). Be sure you're able to view hidden files and folders, and remove the following files in bold:

C:\Program Files\AWS\ <-- This Folder
C:\Program Files\CursorXP\ <-- This Folder
C:\Program Files\TV Media\ <-- This Folder
C:\Program Files\Registry Clean Expert\ <-- This Folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe <-- This File

C:\WINDOWS\ngsf.exe <-- This File
C:\WINDOWS\System32\nmmkcert.exe <-- This File

Still in safe mode, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {707E6F76-9FFB-4920-A976-EA101271BC25} - C:\Program Files\TV Media\TvmBho.dll
O4 - Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE
O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

The following are optional and not required (fix the ones you don't want, they're using up RAM):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime (Quicktime Tray Icon)

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log. <_<

O.K. I removed most of it, a few files wouldn't allow me to remove them. In any case things seem to be running alot better, not 100%, but far better. Below you'll find my new log, anything you can find or advice is welcome. Again, Thank you, your help is very much appreciated.

Are you copying your entire log? It seems as though there should be items below the 09 entries.

Please move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe

If you don't know what this entry is for, fix it too:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [nmmkcert] C:\windows\SYSTEM32\nmmkcert.exe

Click Here to download TheKillbox. Extract TheKillBox.exe from the zip file and double click it to open it up. In the 'Enter Full Path and Filename to Delete' box, copy and paste these entries one by one, clicking 'Find and Kill This File' after each one:

C:\WINDOWS\ngsf.exe

Click 'Exit' when done.

Note: If you receive a message such as: "Component 'MsComCtl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." when trying to run TheKillbox, download and run: http://www.javacools...ngfilesetup.exe. Then try TheKillbox again.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working. <_<

Okay here's the new log. I'm still suddenly not able to run task manager .
Keep getting the error message. And defrag keeps locking up on me. Other than that it seems to be running pretty well. But I think it's important to have those two programs working. See what you think, thanks.
P.S. yeah, that's the whole log, I highlighted "select all", then I scrolled down just to double check, thats it.
