Hello all,
Very new here, is there a way to determine when a key has been held down for a certain amount of time? then send a text string to a comm port? I can send to comport but just dont have the keypress for 3 seconds figured out. Any help and or examples would be greatly appreciated.

I got it thanks to stettybet0 reply on hte idle time post, but i am having the same problem as BirdieUK. I will post when i find how to run it in the back ground
